Are your classes beginner friendly?

Yes. We've helped hundreds of members who'd never stepped into a gym before become confident and learn to move safely and efficiently. Every class is designed to meet you where you are and let you progress at your own pace.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all. Our job is to get you fit safely and efficiently — we remove the guesswork, make sure you move well, and minimise injury risk. Most members say "I wish I joined sooner."

What makes CrossFit different to other classes?

CrossFit is a proven system that's been helping people get stronger, fitter and healthier for over two decades. Instead of chasing the latest trend, you get a time-tested approach that works for all ages and experience levels.

How often should I train to see results?

Members training 3+ days per week typically notice results within the first few weeks. Our memberships are flexible, so you can increase or decrease sessions as your schedule changes.

Do you have lock-in contracts?
