Whilst our group classes are a fantastic way of training and engaging with the community, they do not provide the individualised service you will receive via. personal training.
Personal Training involves a 1-on-1 session with some of our most experienced coaches who practice and preach exercise. You will receive individualised programming, coaching and advice regarding all your fitness-related goals.
