Weightlifting can be daunting for both new and experienced athletes. Recognizing this, we have developed a smaller class setting to teach and refine techniques for the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch.
For new people, this is a great way for us to break down these complicated movements for you. For experienced athletes, this is where our coach's eye can help you get to that next level in your lifting.
In addition to these technical elements, you will perform additional strength accessory exercises (“Successories”) to help you bulletproof your body.
